~ October 2007 ~
Stephen Colbert runs for president and visits the University of South Carolina on October 28. Mayor Bob Coble declares it Stephen Colbert Day and hands over the key to the city to South Carolina's Favorite Son. Here is our video of the event:

Richland School District Two awards us our largest job to date. Over the month we shoot and edit 23 three minute videos highlighting and promoting each school within the district.

United Way of the Midlands holds a meeting with Voices for South Carolina's Children and business leaders asking for support of
kindergarden
for four year olds.

Kemp Goldberg hires us to document Conway Freight's Red Ribbon Day.

Columbia City Ballet puts on its legendary Dracula preformance.


~ September 2007 ~

The South Carolina Arts Commission begins their New Audience Road Show. The Road Show takes guests on tours behind the scenes of local art related organizations including The Columbia Museum of Art, Trustus, The Power Company, the Nickelodeon, and the SC Philharmonic. Our part in the picture is to document the tours and produce a nice promotional piece for SC Arts Commmission's next Road Show.

Documented United Way of the Midland's Day of Caring. This year it was held on September 14. We produced a five minute video showing off the event and the many volunteers that helped out that day.



~ August 2007 ~
Highschool football season starts and we begin taking photos of the games.

Helped United Way of the Midlands their
kickoff party for the Young Leaders Society (YLS)
We filmed the event and produced a video highlighting the kickoff and introducing YLS to the general public.

Applied to be a nonprofit friend through SCANPO.org

Published Palmetto Outdoor Center's website.

Edited a highlight video for the American Institute of Architecture's 150 year celebration.

Began design on Palmetto Outdoor Center's website.

Edited video highlighting West Metro Chamber of Commerce tubing down the Saluda with Palmetto Outdoor.

Finished the last of our weddings.

Edited a small video message for City Year graduates.



~ May 2007 ~
Partnership with United Way of the Midlands

We created an original in-house fund raising video for Palmetto Health. The concept, involved a soap opera parody starring employees of the Palmetto Health Hospitals and was complete with original commercial breaks (eight commercials in total.)

This month also marks the beginning of our Spring wedding season.

Preproduction for a commercial for Retro Funpark in Sumter.

Working with Palmetto Outdoor to incorporate video and the web into their marketing campaign


~ April 2007 ~
City Year's Ripples of Hope 2007. We created two videos celebrating City Year's achievements and the achievements of charitable and outstanding individuals in the community. We also filmed the Ripples of Hope event in which Steve Spurrier got the attention of the news by talking about the confederate flag in front of the State House.
